Appauling. I've been renting in Colchester for over 20 years and had problems with only two agents. Initially polite and friendly but as soon a problem arose they responded with arrogance and rudeness. The place was dirty when I moved in and they charged a small fortune for unnecessary cleaning when I moved out. The smoke alarm never worked, the heating broke and was never fixed. They arrived unanounced for a inspection and tried to charge me £42 for doing so and their general fees are astronomical. I understand that this company used to have a decent reputation but that has changed now, it doesn't take much research to uncover just how bad they are. I would advise avoidance at any cost.
