Awful service and no watch after 3 months!
Do NOT order from this company. I ordered a watch for my husbands 40th birthday in August. After they repeatedly assured me it would come back in stock, I called every 2 weeks for updates. Each time I was told it would be in stock shortly and then sent out to me. The men I spoke to Ian and Neil repeatedly said nothing about following up the order with Fossil, and simply said they didn't know exactly when the order would come from Fossil. I emailed once a month and at the end of November they cancelled my order and emailed me to say I should find the watch from somewhere else. Disgusting!
