I know the home did have some problems with staff at the beginning of the year but my wife received wonderful care from the nurses and carers when she became very ill and the management could not do enough to support me through that difficult time.

The biggest mistake of my life to apply for a job within Warwickshire Care Home. The care service users receive is appallin. The management and administration is only after money. Elderly people are not washed, with pressure sores, loosing weight and dehydrated. Nursing beds are at risk of entrapment and care staff has no proper training. The Nurses are so unprofessional and have no accountability for their job. A care home that does not recognise they're Duty of care
