Totally unacceptable
I am so appalled by the service I received from your company. After waiting on my delivery for 23/12/14 I had to literally make several phone calls to find out when my dining set would arrive. When it did arrive I was informed that it was faulty and asked if I would accept the chairs only and the other items would be delivered in the new year. Words cannot describe how upset I am as all my Christmas plans are ruined. When I asked fro a refund I was told that I would only receive this after Christmas as they could not refund my money into my account that day using CHAPS or any other service. There was no consideration from them about the harm or distress they caused me or my family two days before Christmas, no attempt to make repair. This is totally unbelievable and totally my loss.What service. Zero stars from me

Fantastic Service
Placed my order for a dining table and chairs, it was delivered within a week from placing the order.. Unheard of these days, if I had ordered from any of the major furniture retailers it would have been 6 - 8 weeks!or more. Delivery guys were fantastic. Very happy customer and would highly recommend.

Phenomenal Customer Service
I visited Thomas Brown Furnishings' showroom in Rugby about a month ago to look at their marble dining sets and occasional tables and was surprised that it was only a little shop, due to their reviews being so good and how easily they are to find on Google! The sales lady was not pushy at all, asked me questions about what I needed, was incredibly friendly. She informed me that delivery is usually a couple of weeks, but an item I wanted was out of stock and that it would be with me in 4-6 weeks. I placed the order right there and then. (Their chairs are twice as good as Harveys and DFS, and literally half the price! Solid wood and real leather for a fraction of their price!) The customer services team kept me informed while I was waiting, never had to chase anything up. My new marble dining table and leather dining chairs are beautifully designed and of the highest quality. Would whole-heartedly recommend this company to anyone looking to buy marble tables.

fantastic!!!
we went to have a look round in their Rugby Showroom. The lady there was so helpful but not at all pushy and we were offered a hot drink almost as soon as we arrived. I had gone in with one specific dining set in mind but after seeing all the beautiful goods, struggled to make up my mind! You can mix and match the tables and chairs and each time we asked what a different one would look like with another table, she carried the chairs across for us to see. After explaining we had building work going on, she said they would take a deposit and keep them as long as we needed until we were ready for delivery. When we were ready for delivery, we were kept informed of timings as their drivers were a little later than expected but that wasn't a problem. The delivery guys were polite and so very helpful. All in all, a fantastic company to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Big shout out to Alice at the Rugby showroom who made our whole experience a pleasant one. More companies should learn their customer services from TBF!!!
