I have never had such disgraceful service! I have been a stamp collector for many years and after searching other dealers found Tony Brays was the only supplier offering the stock I required but what they promise on their website and in their lists is not what they can provide. Only half of my order arrived and this was packaged in cut up nappy boxes and an envelope that was too small and had to be sealed by gaffer tape. Some of my items they were unable to provide at all and were marked out of stock, so why advertise them if you cannot provide them? The rest were marked to follow. I assumed this meant they were ordering my items from their suppliers. After one month I contacted them to know what was happening, they replied to tell me the order was on back order and they would contact me as soon as they had more in stock. 3 months after I had placed my order I contacted them again to be told the order was on its way to them and they would send it to me as soon as it arrived. 5 months after I had placed my order I had had enough. I rang the company to know what was happening and was told that my stamps had never been ordered from the supplier as the order for the supplier wasn't big enough and they were waiting until they had a large enough order to send to their supplier. ...! 5 months! They could have at the very least fully informed me of the situation instead of bold faced lying to me. If I had known I would have cancelled my order straight away instead they held on to my money for 5 months letting me think my order was on its way. I have never had such bad service from a company, if this is their policy for all customers it's a wonder they're still in business. I have never written reviews before but felt people need to be warned about this place.They are thieves and liars! Do not go here!
